1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Juliet Nightingale ("Celebrant", "we", "us", or "our") to clients ("you", "your"). By booking our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services Provided
We offer celebrancy services including but not limited to:
- Wedding ceremonies
- Vow renewals
- Naming ceremonies
- Commitment ceremonies
- Other bespoke ceremonies
All services are tailored to meet the individual needs of each client.

3. Booking and Payment
- A non-refundable booking fee of 50% of the agreed fee is required to secure your date.
- The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days before the ceremony date.
- Payment can be made via bank transfer.

4. Cancellation and Refunds
- If you cancel your booking, the booking fee is non-refundable.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the ceremony may incur additional charges.
- If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or help find a suitable replacement celebrant.

5. Changes to Ceremony Details
- You may request changes to your ceremony up to 14 daysbefore the event.
- We will do our best to accommodate changes, but they may be subject to additional fees.

6. Client Responsibilities
- You agree to provide accurate and timely information needed to prepare your ceremony.
- You are responsible for securing any legal documentation required for your ceremony (e.g., marriage licenses).

7. Liability
- We are not liable for any delays or disruptions caused by events beyond our control (e.g., weather, traffic, illness).
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services.

8. Intellectual Property
- All ceremony scripts and materials created by us remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.
- You may not reproduce or distribute ceremony content without written permission.

9. Privacy
- We respect your privacy and handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- We may use photos or testimonials for promotional purposes with your consent.

10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
